I am a chartered counselling psychologist. My private practice is in Central London, and I also work at the Priory Hospital in North London. I have previously worked in the NHS in both primary and secondary care settings.
Counselling Psychology is a protected profession. I am registered with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), which both have a code of ethics and complaints procedures.
I work with a broad range of emotional problems including:
Depression, relationship difficulties, anxiety, panic, phobias, obsessions and compulsions, worry, perfectionism, self-harm, trauma, abuse experiences, sexual inhibition and dysfunction, acting out aggression, stress and burnout, bereavement and loss, low self-esteem, persistent physical symptoms such as IBS, chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia.
