I am a chartered Counselling Psychologist, registered with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). My private practice is in Central London, and I also work at the Priory Hospital in North London. I have previously worked in the NHS in both primary and secondary care settings.

I work with a broad range of emotional problems including: Depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, anxiety, panic, phobias, obsessions and compulsions, worry, perfectionism, self-harm, trauma, abuse experiences, sexual inhibition and dysfunction, acting out aggression, stress and burnout, bereavement and loss, and persistent physical symptoms such as IBS and chronic fatigue.

I am passionate about psychotherapy and delivering a high standard of care. I trained in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic psychotherapy, and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), before I discovered and trained in ISTDP, which is now the approach I work with exclusively. I regularly attend ISTDP workshops and trainings.

Prior to becoming a psychologist I was a professional ski racer and member of the British Ski Team. I still enjoy following sport and am particularly interested in the mindset and methods of high performance. I also like music, books and films.
